Watercolor Fruits

After studying various still-life paintings, we set up our own still-life arrangements using plastic fruits, glass bottles, decorative fabrics, urns, and faux flowers. Students were encouraged to sketch from several different perspectives focusing on interesting compositions. From these studies, students took their favorite fruits and materials to arrange their own mini still-life's for their water color paintings...
